As generative AI began reshaping how buyers find tech vendors, I built a content strategy for Logixboard to rank in ChatGPT conversations. By mapping topics our ICP might ask and creating posts that answered those questions directly, Logixboard went from invisible to consistently ranking among the top two vendor options in AI-assisted buying journeys.

The AI Opportunity

When generative AI tools like ChatGPT began shaping early vendor research, Logixboard wasn’t showing up at all in the answers our ideal buyers were getting. I tested prompts as if I were our ideal buyer and saw a clear opportunity to shape those conversations in our favor. First, I mapped out the questions our ICP would ask.

Creating Content that AI Loves

I developed a blog strategy rooted in our positioning and customers’ real-world challenges, but written in a way that AI models could parse and easily reference. The deliverable was dozens of authoritative, persona-aligned posts covering M&A tech integrations, build-vs-buy decisions, ROI analysis, shipper experience best practices, and more.

Measurable Lift in AI Responses

Before this work, ChatGPT rarely mentioned Logixboard, even when prompted with scenarios that matched our ICP. After, we consistently appeared among the top two recommended vendors, often with detailed strengths, integrations, and differentiators pulled directly from our content.
